RMA for NRO is a one stop solution that takes care of all RMA aspects within your store.
For your customers, requesting an RMA on your website is straight-forward. Simply select the product, indicate what’s wrong with it and it's current condition, and agree to your RMA policy. Furthermore, all of this can be done without the shopper even logging in.
RMA for NRO supports returning one product out of group order or even out of bundle purchase.
Extensive backend options
From backend you can adjust most aspects of the process:
- Define the return period
- Specify file size and type allowed as attachment
- Draft your own confirmation message
- Add or edit RMA request yourself
- Set RMA notifications to be sent to the manager, customer, or both

All of the RMA requests are logged both within the NRO Admin Panel as well as on the order page.
With label printing and unique tracking codes, you get protection against fraudulent returns and can easily follow not only RMA requests, but also products returned as well.
This add-on provides a way for shoppers to request RMAs but does not provide any processing capabilities for those RMAs once they've been approved. When returned merchandise is received, you will still need to manually process the return through Counterpoint.
