Annual Maintenance Plans with Automatic Renewal

NCR requires an Annual Maintenance Plan ("AMP") with each extension, to ensure that you are always eligible for the latest extension updates.

Each extension's AMP price is determined by the annual fee from the extension developer for 1 year of updates, plus a fee from NCR that covers extension update installations as needed for the entire year.

AMPs are automatically renewed each year and billed to the on-file payment method for your NCR Retail Online store. Each AMP must be renewed annually in order to continue using the extension.

Optional Configuration, Training, and Technical Support

Configuration, personalized training, and technical support are not included with the purchase price of the extension, but Professional Services Assistance is available as needed. Time will vary depending on the complexity of your needs.

Questions & Answers On Product Pages

Allows customers to ask questions on product pages and receive answers right there. Both administrator and website visitors can leave replies.

Overview

Product Questions for NRO enables your visitors to ask a question directly on the product page. The store administrator reviews the incoming questions and answers them on his own, or gives such an opportunity to allow other store visitors to respond as well.

Question and answer appear together on a 'Product Questions' tab on the item detail pages. Any Q&As relevant to multiple items can be assigned to other product pages as well.

Product Questions for NRO uses email notifications to inform the administrator and a customer about a new question/answer and its status update. You can also send emails to clients suggesting them to leave feedback and answer visitor’s question regarding the product bought.
